Dean John-Wilson is a British actor, singer and musical theatre performer who has established himself as one of the leading talents of London’s West End. A graduate of the renowned Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, he has built an impressive career portraying leading roles in some of the world’s most celebrated musical productions. He is best known for starring as the original West End Aladdin in Disney’s “Aladdin” at London’s Prince Edward Theatre, becoming one of the production’s most acclaimed leading men.

His extensive theatre credits also include principal roles in “The King and I”, “Miss Atomic Bomb”, “Here Lies Love”, “From Here to Eternity” and numerous concert and theatrical productions throughout the United Kingdom and internationally.
In addition to his stage career, Dean has appeared in several television and screen productions. His screen credits include the feature film We Die Young (2019) alongside Jean-Claude Van Damme, the long-running BBC drama series Doctors (2020), and the acclaimed Masters of the Air (2024), produced by Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman.
