Trevor Dion Nicholas is an internationally acclaimed stage and screen actor whose career is closely linked to the world of Disney. He rose to particular prominence as the Genie in Disney’s Aladdin in London’s West End, a role he helped to shape. Following its huge success, he went on to take on the role on Broadway and on the US tour, thrilling audiences worldwide with his extraordinary vocal presence, his comedic talent and his charismatic stage presence.
Most recently, he returned to London to play Phil in the UK premiere of *Hercules* at the historic Theatre Royal Drury Lane, thereby deepening his artistic connection to the musical world of Disney.
In addition to his work within the Disney universe, Trevor has appeared in numerous major productions in London’s West End, including *Hamilton* (George Washington), *Hadestown* (Hades) and the critically acclaimed production of *Next to Normal*. His artistic range encompasses a wide variety of leading roles in the international musical theatre repertoire.
Trevor also appears regularly on television. His appearances include All Star Musicals (ITV), The Show Must Go On (Sky Arts), Strictly Come Dancing (BBC), Sunday Night at the Palladium and the Royal Variety Performance. He also appeared in Disney’s Broadway Hits at the Royal Albert Hall, which won an Emmy Award, and has featured in series such as The Americans.
In addition, Trevor works as a sought-after voice actor, lending his voice to international film and animation productions, including those for Disney+ and Netflix.
